(...) Inizia così, timidamente, quella che si rivelerà essere una risposta necessaria ad una domanda che si supponeva non esistesse in città.
I social hanno fatto il resto, costituendo dapprima una vetrina virtuale, fino a giungere a quella ‘fisica’ all’interno del negozio conosciuto ed apprezzato da molti, quel ‘Decorare con...’ rifugio e luogo di scambio di idee e progetti in qualsiasi campo del fai da te o dell’arte, di cui è stata ampliata l’offerta.

“Fino ad allora mi ero cimentata con piccoli oggetti, al massimo dei gatti imbottiti. Il tessuto elastico in ambito sartoriale, provenendo dal cucito creativo, è stato ben altro. Non ringrazierò mai abbastanza Marta Valeri per questa spinta che mi ha lanciato in uno spazio completamente ignoto in cui però mi sono trovata perfettamente a mio agio e Silvia Cardi per aver creduto nelle mie capacità.”

“Finite le cure ho scoperto di avere una nuova attività già avviata, senza accorgermi del tempo trascorso in quelle notti in mansarda, gettata a terra per provare a sperimentare tagli e tessuti o piegata su una macchina da cucire cercando di mettere in pratica ciò che le lezioni online mi indicavano: "ero sì malata ma stavo creando qualcosa!”
I primi body portati in gara dagli individualisti, parlano di lei e sono il miglior biglietto da visita per un passaparola che esporta le sue capacità in Sardegna, a Roma, a Osteria Nuova, a Formia: su una parete appare il suo consistente trofeo: body indossati da quelle piccole, entusiaste atlete ai saggi, in gare nazionali e europee.
“La parte che preferisco però e di cui chiedo possibilmente una testimonianza video è l’espressione della bimba che ‘spacchetta’ il costume giunto a destinazione, ma il body è ben fatto solo se supera il giudizio dell’allenatore.” Già, perché siamo in un ambito in cui le caratteristiche di ciò che si indossa in gara vengono affidate ai regolamenti.
Ad Eleonora riconosciamo la dote spesso presente nei giovani creativi di volersi informare, studiare, perfezionare, di non averne mai abbastanza.

“I tessuti elasticizzati al di là della bellezza, debbono reggere lo stress: la ginnastica ritmica si avvicina al contorsionismo in alcune fasi, il body deve accompagnare il movimento, nonostante centinaia di strass, avere cuciture capaci di resistere alle sollecitazioni e sopravvivere ai lavaggi delle mamme! La qualità è l’obiettivo difficile da raggiungere in questo campo.”
Per questo ha studiato molto, ha viaggiato, ha seguito lezioni - sempre di notte - in russo sottotitolato in inglese (è la Russia la patria della ritmica), mentre per l’artistica è volata da una bravissima insegnante, italiana.
E’ la rivincita dell’artigianato creativo italiano, quello di qualità ‘bello dentro e fuori’ perché anche sottosopra la cucitura italiana fa la differenza.

A fare uscire fuori dalla ‘tana’ Eleonora è stato il secondo colpo che il Destino ha inferto in famiglia a livello di salute. Anche Maria Antonietta titolare del negozio ha incassato benissimo un problema fortunatamente risolto, ma ciò ha reso necessaria in parte la presenza premurosa della figlia che ha trasferito le famose ‘macchine da cucire urlanti e insonni’.
Ora si lavora di giorno e si dorme (o quasi!) di notte.
Non ha importanza infatti dove ci si trovi fisicamente: la mente di questa ragazza dagli occhi da Bambi, che continuano a guardare curiosi e sorpresi il mondo, è già in fermento per altre novità.

The first bodysuits worn by individualists, talk about her and are the best calling card for a word of mouth that exports her skills to Sardinia, to Rome, to Osteria Nuova, to Formia. 
On a wall, she exposed her consistent trophies: leotards worn by those small, enthusiastic athletes in recitals and national and European competitions.

That is because we are in a field where the characteristics of what is worn in the competition have specific guidelines. 
In Eleonora we recognize that gift which we often find in young creative people who wants to be informed, to study, to perfection themselves and, never have enough of it.

"Quality is the difficult goal to achieve in this field" Therefore she studied a lot, she traveled, she attended lessons - always at night - in Russian with English subtitles (Russia is the home of rhythmic gymnastic ), while for the artistic gymnastic she flew to a talented Italian teacher. 
This is the revenge of Italian creative craftsmanship, the beautiful inside and outside quality, because even upside down Italian tailoring makes the difference.
Because of a second blow that destiny inflicted on her family, Eleonora came out of her "nest": also her mother, Maria Antonietta, owner of the shop, had to face a health problem (fortunately she, too, solved it) however attentive daughter Eleonora, had to take care of her mother, and help her out in the shop, so moved her famous "screaming and sleepless sewing machines" to the shop. 
Now, she works during the daytime and (almost) sleeps at night!
It does not matter where she is physically: the mind of this Bambi-eyed young woman, who continue to look curious and in amazement to the world, is already in turmoil for other innovations.
